Greetings!
We are very excited to be teaming up with Chef Brian Collins of Lido and SLOW foods of San Luis Obispo for an incredible winemaker dinner on November 10th! We will begin our evening with wine and appetizers on the patio overlooking the ocean. Then, we'll move in to the penthouse, where Chef Brian will be creating a fabulous four-course meal right before our eyes. And of course, there will be wine...winemakers Bob and Louisa Lindquist will be on hand to tell you about the Qupé and Verdad wines that we have carefully paired with each course. In addition to all this, The Dolphin Bay Resort is offering discounted room rates to those attending the dinner.

Please join us in welcoming Louisa Sawyer Lindquist at this special wine dinner. Louisa and her husband Bob Lindquist are co-owners of Qupé and Verdad. 

Qupé is dedicated to producing handcrafted Rhône varietals and Chardonnay from California's Central Coast. 

Verdad is devoted to making Spanish grape varietal wines that express true varietal character as well as the vineyard's terroir.  The grapes are sourced from organic and biodynamic vineyards and are minimally processed in the cellar.
